About the Role
Join our sales team as an Account Executive focused on mid-market accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle, from qualified lead to closed deal, helping growing companies adopt our platform. This role offers excellent earning potential and a clear path to Senior AE or Sales Management.
What You Will Do
- Manage full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
- Qualify inbound leads and convert to opportunities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Build business cases and ROI analyses
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
- Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with SDRs on outbound campaigns
- Contribute to team playbooks and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience
- History of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- CRM experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- SaaS or technology sales background
- Experience with sales engagement tools
- Understanding of sales operations and RevOps
- Previous startup experience
