You are buying monthly sales execution capacity, priced per month per rep. The plan level determines whether you get Level 1 SDR, Level 2 SDR, Level 3 SDR, or Full Stack Omni Channel AE coverage.
How long until my campaign starts?
Simple campaigns can usually start within a few business days once your list, offer, rep level, and talk track are ready. If you need data sourcing, list cleaning, script writing, or campaign strategy first, setup time depends on how much preparation is required.
Will I get leads?
The goal is to identify qualified conversations and next steps, but lead volume depends on the quality of the list, the relevance of the offer, the market, and how reachable the audience is. We report what happened so you can see connects, dispositions, objections, and opportunities clearly.
Will I get sales?
Sales are not guaranteed. Calling can create conversations, qualify interest, book next steps, and surface buying signals, but closed revenue depends on your offer, pricing, follow-up speed, sales process, and market timing.
Do you guarantee meetings or outcomes?
No. You are buying execution capacity, not guaranteed meetings or revenue. We will be clear about what the rep can control, what the campaign data shows, and where the offer or list may need adjustment.
Can I add sourcing, scripts, or campaign management?
Yes. Data sourcing, enrichment, list cleaning, script writing, campaign strategy, managed oversight, and detailed reporting can be added when needed.
Do I need to provide the contact list?
You can provide the list, ask us to clean or enrich an existing list, or add data sourcing if you need a list built. Calling performance is usually strongest when the audience and offer are tightly defined before outreach starts.
What happens before the first call?
We confirm the audience, campaign goal, rep level, list status, script or talk track, CRM notes, and reporting expectations. That setup keeps the rep focused instead of using paid time to clarify basics.
How many calls are included?
Call volume varies by list quality, connect rate, call length, voicemail volume, note-taking, and CRM process. A Level 1 qualification campaign and a senior consultative campaign should not be measured by the same raw call count.
What reporting do I receive?
Basic reporting is included, covering activity and outcomes such as connects, dispositions, notes, and next steps. A more detailed reporting pack can be added if you need deeper analysis.
Can I start small?
Yes. Start is designed for a controlled trial and is capped at a maximum of 3 months. If the list, offer, and call feedback look promising, you can move into Grow, Pro, or Max.
Can I pause or change direction?
Yes. You can adjust the list, script, rep level, or support model between monthly cycles.
What if my list performs badly?
We will show the dispositions and call feedback so you can see whether the issue is reachability, fit, messaging, timing, or offer strength. You can then clean the list, refine the audience, adjust the script, or change the campaign direction.
Is there a long-term contract?
The Start plan is capped at a maximum of 3 months. Grow, Pro, and Max are monthly per-rep plans, with the operating terms confirmed before launch.
