About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our revenue organization. You will build the team, processes, and culture needed to scale from current revenue to $50M+ ARR. This is a key executive hire with significant equity and growth potential.
What You Will Do
- Set and execute go-to-market strategy
- Build and scale the sales organization
- Own revenue targets and forecasting
- Develop sales playbooks and processes
- Recruit and develop sales leadership
- Report to CEO and board on sales performance
- Drive pricing and packaging strategy
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Track record of scaling sales teams (10 to 50+ reps)
- Experience building sales infrastructure from scratch
- Strategic thinking and operational excellence
- Executive presence and board communication skills
- Experience with enterprise and mid-market sales motions
- Data-driven approach to sales management
Nice to Have
- Previous VP Sales or CRO experience
- Experience in sales technology or adjacent markets
- Track record at high-growth startups
- Public company or PE-backed experience
