About the Role
Join our Revenue Operations team and drive efficiency across the revenue organization. You will build reports, optimize processes, and administer our sales technology stack. This role offers broad exposure to sales, marketing, and customer success.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports
- Analyze pipeline and forecast data
- Administer and optimize CRM and sales tools
- Support territory and quota planning
- Identify process improvements and efficiency gains
- Enable sales team with training and documentation
- Manage data hygiene and integrity
- Support go-to-market planning initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of sales or revenue operations experience
- Strong analytical and Excel/SQL skills
- CRM administration experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Understanding of sales processes and metrics
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
- SQL proficiency
- Previous sales or CS experience
