About the Role

Start your sales career as an SDR at Apparate. You will learn the fundamentals of B2B sales while generating pipeline for our Account Executive team. This is the best entry point into tech sales with a clear 12-18 month path to an AE role.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads based on ICP criteria
  • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach
  • Maintain activity metrics and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution
  • Participate in team training and skill development
  • Contribute to sequence and messaging optimization

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience or customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Resilience and positive attitude
  • Coachable with growth mindset
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools
  • Hunger to learn and advance in sales career
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Competitive drive and goal orientation

Nice to Have

  • Previous SDR experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
