About the Role
Bridge the gap between our product and customers as a Sales Engineer. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts. This role combines technical skills with customer-facing excellence.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical discovery calls and demos
- Build custom demo environments and proof of concepts
- Answer technical questions during the sales process
- Create technical documentation and proposals
- Support RFP responses with technical content
- Provide feedback to product team on customer needs
- Develop demo assets and enablement materials
- Support implementation handoff to customer success
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of sales engineering or solutions consulting
- Strong technical background (APIs, integrations, data)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
- Experience with CRM and sales tech ecosystems
- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
- Experience with enterprise software sales cycles
Nice to Have
- Development or engineering background
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot integrations
- Knowledge of sales operations workflows
- Previous startup experience
