About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing AEs while driving team revenue. This is a player-coach role initially, transitioning to full-time management as the team grows.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members
  • Coach and develop AEs through deal reviews and 1:1s
  • Set and track team quotas and KPIs
  • Build and refine sales playbooks and processes
  • Forecast accurately and report to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product
  • Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement
  • Participate in strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of individual contributor sales experience
  • Track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Data-driven approach to coaching and performance
  • Experience with sales methodologies and enablement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to balance coaching with driving results

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling teams from 3 to 10+ reps
  • Background in SaaS or sales technology
  • Formal sales management training
  • Experience with revenue operations
