$150k - $220k OTE
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing AEs while driving team revenue. This is a player-coach role initially, transitioning to full-time management as the team grows.
What You Will Do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members
- Coach and develop AEs through deal reviews and 1:1s
- Set and track team quotas and KPIs
- Build and refine sales playbooks and processes
- Forecast accurately and report to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product
- Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement
- Participate in strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- 5+ years of individual contributor sales experience
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Data-driven approach to coaching and performance
- Experience with sales methodologies and enablement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to balance coaching with driving results
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling teams from 3 to 10+ reps
- Background in SaaS or sales technology
- Formal sales management training
- Experience with revenue operations
