$120k - $180k OTE
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our enterprise accounts. You will work with some of the largest companies in Australia, helping them transform their sales operations with our platform. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential and career growth.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Represent Apparate at industry events and conferences
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota (top 10-20% of team)
- Experience selling to enterprise clients ($100k+ ACV)
- Strong discovery and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with consultative/solution selling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience selling sales technology or RevOps tools
- Existing relationships in target industries
- Experience with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks
- Track record of closing 7-figure deals
